RETURN POLICY

VARALAXMI SILKS is bounded to provide its customers with a high level of customer service, so as to ensure the complete satisfaction of all of them. In the unlikely event that you as the customer are unsatisfied with the product received from VARALAXMI SILKS, you may contact the VARALAXMI SILKS TEAM with your complaints/ feedbacks at varalaxmisilkslpt7@gmail.com. We will ensure that we revert to you at the earliest, with a satisfactory resolution of your grievance.

Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless found to be eligible for exchange or return at the discretion of VARALAXMI SILKS as detailed below.

 

COLOR DISCLAIMER 

  1. Varalaxmi Silks strongly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual ones. We will try our best to provide the exactly shown sarees.
  2. All color options offered on the net is to provide our customers the available choices at Varalaxmi Silks.
  3. It is practically impossible for Varalaxmi Silks to replicate exact colors of the Sarees as seen on your monitor. As the colors you see will depend on your monitor/screen/pixels, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  4. We at Varalaxmi Silks hope to clarify and ascertain that every customer is aware of this genuine problem that Varalaxmi Silks faces.
  5. Our effort will be to meet your expectations constantly and thus avoid any misunderstanding through our online venture.

 I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM.


In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered differs from what you had reasonably expected, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within seven (3) days from the date of delivery.

 

Importantly: Please capture the video while opening the package to ensure and to abide to the right exchange policy.

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the external packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, you may either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery indicating the nature of damage or tampering that you observe. Customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that VARALAXMI SILKS may address the same, so as to avoid such occurrences in future. 

In case a product is received in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact VARALAXMI SILKS at varalaxmisilkslpt7@gmail.com, within twenty four[24] hours of receipt of product.

 VARALAXMI SILKS is NOT Liable to pay the return shipment charges.

  • You will receive an E-mail or Whatsapp notification upon the completion of return processing.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 VARALAXMI SILKS'S RESPONISIBITILIES

  • Varalaxmi Silks shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately. Provided that the customer has fulfilled all its obligations as stated under the Return policy. (needs to be reworded)
  • In case the original product is no longer available, the customer may be requested to select an alternate product. This shall be sent to by Varalaxmi Silks  for free.
  • Apart from the above Varalaxmi Silks is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or credit. Varalaxmi Silks has the sole discretion to assess each case separately, and shall take necessary action at its discretion.

Mode of Refund: Only by Credit return
Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days (seven days (7) in case of COD) to be processed after receiving and examining the product. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customer may take about two (2) business days from the date of Varalaxmi Silks processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.

Cancellation or Changes to Orders

                    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

 

Varalaxmi Silks deliver’s products to all cities across India, as well as select countries outside India as may be found feasible by Varalaxmi Silks. Varalaxmi Silks shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges.

Shipping charges applicable on each and every order. Shipping charges are based on location and city and may differ from location to location.


Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gifting addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

Customers are requested to provide full and accurate address with proper zip code, in case of incorrect address Varalaxmi Silks shall not be responsible in any manner. Please note that Billing address shall mean the address where the customer receives their Credit Card statements. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order needs to be delivered to.

 

Unusual Risks faced by Customers:

Varalaxmi Silks shall intimate the customer by Email or Whatsapp, in case of any delay in shipping due to un-availability of stock due to unusual delay in filling an order. Varalaxmi Silks shall not be responsible for loss of packages or any damages full or partial after being delivered by the carrier agency at the address provided by the Customer.

 

Tracking Shipment:

Varalaxmi Silks will provide details of shipment via Email or Whatsapp alerts to the customer once the product has been dispatched. The alert will contain the courier agency’s web link along with the tracking number and expected date of delivery. Also the link is available on the website under each order in My Account page.

 

Check Order Status and Track Shipments Online

If you have a registered account with us check the status of your orders under My Account. Click on your order number for complete details, including the tracking number here you can follow the progress of shipments.
All Courier companies make 2 delivery attempts only. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the Courier Company and Varalaxmi Silks has no liability for the same. Our staff will get in touch with you as soon as we are intimated by our courier agency. In case the package is sent back to us Varalaxmi Silks is not liable to clear and accept the package. So we request you to receive the package and make all details available for smooth delivery.

Time Period to Dispatch the Order:

Varalaxmi Silks usually dispatches the ordered product within 1 working day form the day of order placement.
